1. Ah, the Senate Intelligence Committee report on Obama's Intelligence Community Assessment. They excluded 14 IC agencies due to the sensitivity of the sources & methods. Like concealing the fact that Steele, through multiple channels was the only source. scribd.com/document/38314…
2. I'm quite certain they met Obama's tasking objectives! But the HPSCI already showed they did not follow analytical procedures. As they state, they took the agencies' word on that the intelligence was accurately portrayed in the ICA. We'll see!
3. You don't have to politically pressure people to reach a conclusion when they hand selected a team who would do so without pressure. Such as Peter Strzok who lead the FBI team. Especially if you also select what intelligence reporting you are going to consider & what to ignore
4. Of course Russia wants to sow trouble with US politics. Just as we try to do the same to them. Their efforts may have been more significant & direct than past efforts, but that was also a reflection that they had no fear of Obama stopping them or retaliating.
5. It's funny how the CIA ignores open source information when it doesn't suit their goals, and laps it up when it does. If Putin really wanted to support Trump, would he say it publicly? Of course not, but analysts can choose to believe the disinformation when they need it.
6. To buy that, you must believe that Putin thought Trump capable of winning the election. As the clumsy efforts by their FB team show, they weren't that swift on American politics. There is no plausible way Putin thought Trump would win, heck few in the USA believed it.
7. This ignores the much more plausible scenario. That Putin, like everyone else, assumed Hillary was going to win. But wanted to make sure she was damaged goods. Dealing with Trump fans posting #NotMyPresident W/ questions about rigging the election, continuing weak Obama's...
8. foreign policy that allowed Russia to pretend it was superpower again, susceptible to black mail by whoever stole her emails, under investigation by a Republican Congress, & a WH focused on obstructing investigations & avoiding impeachment. With little time left to stop Putin.
9. Yes, crime of the century. So important that the FBI/CIA didn't even want to get their hands on the server to get the evidence that would prove or disprove it. Relied upon a DNC vendor as the only forensic evidence to prove this is what happened. It also fails to explain why..
10. The Russians were allowed to continue that access for 11 months. Especially when the FBI started warning the DNC about the cyber intrusion in the fall of 2015. Why allow the Russians 9 months of access after they are notified of the intrusion?
11. Isn't Radio Free Europe a quasi-governmental controlled influence campaign? Just wondering, because that was the goal of RFE & similar information networks. How about NPR & PBS? That doesn't even get into MSM outlets who serve as a platform for Obama Admin & DNC propaganda.
12. Duh! Of course they did & so did we. Heck we even do it to our allies. Can they show any evidence that Russia did more than the CIA did to France? wikileaks.org/cia-france-ele…
We did far more in the Israeli elections to get help defeat Israeli politicians who didn't support Obama's policies of siding with the terrorists as a means of achieving peace. latimes.com/nation/la-na-u…
14. Well there is a reason the ICA didn't address the CI investigations of placing spies in the Trump campaign. They knew the spies were FBI/CIA/MI6 plants. We also know that the claim that the Steele Dossier was not used in the ICA is absolutely false. It was used, then hidden.
It also fails to address the intelligence laundering. Steele's information was laundered to hide its sourcing. So he gave his dossier to State, MI6, GCHQ, FBI, each which would then conceal the sources & methods & share. Which hid the fact that 4 reports all had the same source.
16. On to some of those obvious lies. Brennan testified to Congress 05/17 that the dossier was in no way used for the ICA. Adm. Rogers of NSA sent a classified letter to @DevinNunes stating that it was used in the ICA. So the SSCI contradicts Adm. Rogers assertions to HPSCI.
17. For a great summary on games played to reach the questionable conclusions of the ICA, there is a great article at: realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2018/…
18. The ICA also did not consider another motive for Putin's interference in the 2016 election. Like revenge against @realDonaldTrump. Now why would Putin want to get back at him? Well, what Putin knew pretending to like Putin was all part of an FBI undercover operation?
19. The FBI ran an interesting counterintelligence operation to catch Russian spies. In 2014, they started a sting using a wealthy Atlantic City casino investor pretending he was colluding w/ Russian spies & bankers to get their help violating sanctions to open a casino in Russia
20. That FBI Wealthy Casino Investor Russia Collusion sting sounds a lot like the Trump Russia Collusion narrative. And look there, the undercover agent used as a 'dangle' earlier in the same case was Carter Page. Wonder if someone spied on that FBI op? abcnews.go.com/International/…
21. It's so weird how this FBI sting looks exactly like Collusion! A Manhattan based Russian bank Trump is accused of colluding with. Tours of casinos in AC, it sounds exactly like the Sater/Cohen emails about wanting to build a casino in Russia. justice.gov/sites/default/…
22. So what do you think the odds are that a 20-year FBI informant like Felix Sater, was illegally running a casino collusion campaign in NYC & AC. While at the same time another FBI informant was running an identical undercover casino collusion sting on the exact same Russians?
23. Hard to believe in that kind of coincidence. Guess maybe that means the FBI casino collusion sting & the Trump Russian Collusion were actually the same operation. Huh, wonder who would sabotage a major FBI operation against Putin to try & use it against Trump in the campaign?
24. I think we know who didn't sabotage it: FBI Director of Counterintelligence Bill Priestap. He started the operation when he was head of FBI NY CI. Weird how he is the only senior FBI official who is still in the job he held before that FBI case was outed & framed as collusion
