I was told by a very wise man the Pyramids are entrances to the underworld.
Could it be, that the pyramids were simply built to keep the rains from flooding the cave systems? Remember, Egypt was once very fertile where the pyramids stand. And in the jungles?

Here is one of the entrances to Cheyenne mountain. I know of two more, but there may be more. This "complex" is connected to a series of underground tunnels. One leads to DIA. The other leads to Chama/Dulce. The complex gets fresh water from the San Luis Aquifer

The San Luis Valley (I lived there for 5 yrs) is a very mysterious place. It's where the cattle mutilations became famous. Loaded with UFO activity, my wife saw one. Huge fields of Solar Panels feed the underground complexes.
