1. I’ve been sick with a stomach bug this week and been living on chicken broth, rice & crackers.
I couldn’t face another bowl of chicken broth & rice so I decided to gamble on #udon @ Yume Ga Arukara in #Cambridge minus the beef & scallions + 3x ginger. We’ll see how it goes.
2. The line wasn’t too bad when I got there at 4:50 though I wasn’t in the first round so still had to wait. When I turned around halfway through my meal the line was down the hall. Apparently they made #8 on @bonappetit’s Hot Ten 2018. projects.bonappetit.com/hot10-mb/p/1
3. Announced Tues. Been crazy ever since.
4. If you plan to go to Yume Ga Arukara anytime in the near future plan to go early and expect to wait. The lines aren’t as bad as @yume_wo_katare but they’re definitely much busier than they have been.
