In the current #NXIVM #RICO case, Emiliano Salinas, son of frmr. #Mexico President #CarlosSalinas, has been under investigation. The father, #CarlosSalinas, is considered by many to be the ultimate power broker in #Mexican politics. He is rarely seen. This video has now surfaced.

The video of #EmilianoSalinas dancing near his father, frmr. #Mexico President #CarlosSalinas, is all over the #Mexican press & media all of a sudden. The feeling is that frmr. #Mexico President #CarlosSalinas ALLOWED this video to be taken of him dancing with his son. But why?

It is well known in the #NXIVM #RICO criminal investigation, Emiliano Salinas, son of frmr #Mexico Pres. #CarlosSalinas, had ties 2 the complicated #NXIVM entity. Somehow, Emiliano was associated with Keith Raniere, a.k.a. "Vanguard," who was arrested in #Mexico early this year.

Although it has been well established that Emiliano Salinas was involved with "Vanguard" of the #NXIVM cult, there has been constant speculation in the #Mexican and #USA media, about what their respective roles were. Was Vanguard using Emiliano? Or was it the other way around?

When the #NXIVM criminal case first surfaced in the national media of both countries, it took some time for the #USA press 2 realize how big a family was involved from the #Mexican side. The father of #EmilianoSalinas, #CarlosSalinas, is the former President of #Mexico, & more.

Emiliano's father is Carlos Salinas de Gortari, sometimes called "CSG" by the #Mexican media. He was the President of #Mexico from 1988 to 1994. President Salinas is widely considered 2 be the most powerful force, to this day, in #Mexican politics. He was the architect of #NAFTA.

Despite being controversial, frmr. #Mexico Pres. #CarlosSalinas is a well educated man. He was educated in the #USA at #Harvard. And years later, his son, #EmilianoSalinas, would also graduate #Harvard, earning his Ph.D. In the Salinas family, both Father and Son are scholars.

During his time, the highly educated and bold Pres. #Salinas forged political relationships with powerful world leaders. It is true that Pres. #Salinas was the architect of #NAFTA. He implemented many new policies for his country, #Mexico. And it is true he was controversial.

In #Mexico, many ordinary citizens claimed Pres. Salinas controlled "everything," even going so far as to call the former President, the "Puppet master," who supposedly influenced virtually everything in #Mexico & much of what happened in North America, even after his term ended.

President Salinas for many years has been called the de-facto leader of the #Mexican PRI political party. Regardless of the actual title CSG held at any given moment, for 30 years, there has been a feeling in #Mexico that frmr. President #Salinas is the ultimate power broker.

This guy is Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas. He ran 4 Pres. of #Mexico in 1988 against #CarlosSalinas. Before you get bored, remember there is a reason I'm explaining this stuff to U. Ppl in #Mexico always told me Cárdenas was a good man, and that #CarlosSalinas stole the election from him.

What happened was, I guess, Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas who was supposedly a good man, was winning the 1988 election in votes. Then the #Mexican federal election computer system "crashed," and when it came back online, #CarlosSalinas was winning. It's a famous story. Look it up. #TRUTH

After the famous "computer crash" during the 1988 #Mexican Presidential election, #CarlosSalinas won & people in #Mexico were upset. They protested in the streets & accused #CarlosSalinas of electoral fraud. I don't know if that accusation was true. But, it's a famous story.

You can speak with any ordinary #Mexican citizen & they will tell you that #CarlosSalinas was 1 of the most controversial Pres. of #Mexico & that he is accused of being a secret, invisible, super powerful force behind all #Mexican politics ever since. I'm not sure if it's true.

Then there's this rumor frmr #Pres of #Mexico #CarlosSalinas might have a big, secret business deal with #Mexican billionaire, #CarlosSlim. Pres. Salinas privatized Slim's most valuable investment, the #Mexican phone company. It's been a rumor in #Mexico 4 years. Never proven.

And so #Mexican people have this rumor that #Mexican billionaire #CarlosSlim is the front man for #CarlosSalinas. For years. Yet, it's still never been proven. It is a fact that #CarlosSlim has some significant political friendships in the #USA, what that means is anyone's guess.

So, try to stay with this story line. It arrives at some useful theories. On July 1, 2018, this guy, Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), was elected #President of #Mexico. It is significant because #Mexican people say he's the first non-Salinas Puppet President in 20+ years.

AMLO winning the #Mexican Presidential election seems significant to #Mexican citizens, in part because AMLO was a student & friend of Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas, who #Mexican citizens say unfairly lost the 1988 Presidential election due to #CarlosSalinas & the famous "system crash."

This is where things get interesting in recent #Mexican history & we begin to see a connection back 2 the #Democrats in the #USA. In July of this year, after AMLO won the #Mexican election in a big surprise, the niece of #CarlosSalinas took over the #Mexican PRI political party.

It is a fact that Claudia Ruiz Massieu Salinas, the niece of former #Mexican Pres. #CarlosSalinas, called the "Puppet master of North America" by the #Mexican people, took over the #Mexican PRI party in July of this year. navva.org/mexico/nation/…

It is also true that my frmr. good friend & colleague Marco Lopez, who is a member of Janet Napolitano's #ArizonaMafia, now serves as the "Senior Advisor" to #Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim. This is not secret info. It has been published all over the media for several years now.

Now we get back to the strange & complicated #NXIVM cult case. Vanguard was arrested in #Mexico the same month Napolitano met w/the #CarlosSalinas puppet candidate. #EmilianoSalinas, the son of #Mexican Pres. #CarlosSalinas, was close w/Vanguard. And it gets even more confusing.

Shortly after Keith Raniere, aka "Vanguard" of #NXIVM was arrested, Mark Sullivan, the former Director of the U.S. Secret Service, showed up in Federal Court in New York, as part of a proposal to bail Vanguard out of jail. Sullivan used to work for #DHS Sect'y Janet Napolitano.

Considering everything set forth in this thread, U must remember that Marco Lopez, a mbr. of Napolitano's #ArizonaMafia, was my friend & colleague 4 more than 10 years. Marco & I started 2 have problems in 2014 after #EmilianoSalinas talked 2 me abt. #NXIVM & I wasn't interested.

I had known Carlos Slim since the late 90's when I became founder of the first famous U.S. Hispanic Internet business, Quepasa. In this picture from 2014, Ing. Slim was laughing at me b/c I said I'd never put on a bow tie. Admittedly, it's not me. Computer nerds are not meant to.

Marco Lopez, a mbr. of Janet Napolitano's #ArizonaMafia, used 2 be my best friend. Nothing strange. We were just great friends 4 a long time. Neighbors, etc. He was a nice guy. Then everything changed. In 2014 he said if I talked about #CarlosSalinas I would be assassinated

Are #EmilianoSalinas & his father #CarlosSalinas, in fact, nice, educated #Harvard men who have been misunderstood, & mistreated & disrespected by unfair accusations in the press? That is what they might say. I don't know. #NXIVM raises questions. I don't have all the answers.
