We can all agree in America that Beyoncé Knowles is one of the greatest singers of all times in probably the top 10. We see her presence on TV, the Super Bowl, on radio, etc and she has a significant influence in pop culture.

Beyoncé has a net worth of over a billion with Jay-Z if not more which makes her a significant target to both accusations and lawsuits from many people.

Back in 2014, Beyoncé was sued by a man named Ahmad Javon Lane in which he accused Beyoncé of ripping off the entire song of “XOXO” after Beyoncé distributed a song called “XO”.

Ahmad Lane accused Beyoncé or her production company of taking a sample of his beat “XOXO” which was then distributed as “XO”

Another man who was apparently a paralegal for Ahmad Lane by the name of Yusuf Hassan stated that the beat was “obviously copied”. Now pay attention to the email address from Yusuf.

Yusuf Hassan was discovered by Ahmad Lane to have been deceiving Lane the entire time in his case against Beyoncé when Yusuf Hassan failed to properly deliver a motion to Beyoncé. Ahmad was mad because this was a case about an “international scandal between myself and beyonce.”

Ahmad Lane filed a motion to the court asking to extend the filing deadline to deliver a motion to Beyoncé for another 20 days. Why? Because he stated that Yusuf Hassan deceived him and that he needs the additional time to make up for the time that he lost.

This information was acquired via PACER which you can purchase a copy or via a PACER account. Several weeks later after Yusuf Hassan’s deception of Ahmad Lane, the case was dismissed WITH PREJUDICE Why? The songs was ruled that they were in no way similar to each other.

The only reason I discovered this is because this man, Yusuf Hassan aka Antwan Bolden, is still deceiving people today. Because of the whole Nike / Kaepernick discussion, Hassan made a comment on Twitter stating: “This Marine & Navy SEAL vet issues with you #SemperFi

Now if he had said “This Marine vet issues with you #SemperFi”, I wouldn’t have noticed this all and would have not cared. But he claimed SEAL status so I would have a problem with that.

In another tweet, he claimed that he served “12 yrs USMC & 8 yrs US Navy SEAL”. He included a boot camp marine mugshot which we use against him later.

So naturally he was asked what his BUDS number was and he refused to divulge it. His rationale? “security reasons”. Which is hilariously false and absolutely not true.

So we went to work and discovered he posted a grave of his grandfather’s 1st cousin who fought in Korea.

Now combine that with the above boot camp marine mugshot and we found his full name on “Together We Served” and we found this.

From there, we discovered that Antwan Bolden aka Yusef Hassan was busted for practicing law without a law license in the state of New Jersey. nj.com/passaic-county…

After a closer search online, I found that he was mentioned in a case called "Lane v. Carter". I was not aware it was Beyoncé at this point. courtlistener.com/docket/4354070…

After an internal discussion, it was pointed out that it was Beyoncé and it finally clicked in from there.

Now let’s go back to Yusuf Hassan’s Twitter account. You got this here where we have “Hollywood” and Yusuf Hassan.

My researcher found a page with these exact keywords here on the right side column. On the right side, you see “Yusuf Hollywood Hassan” with the email address yusuf4law@gmail.com. Hey! That’s the same email address that was used to interact with Ahmad Lane!

Also found was his Instagram where he shows that he supposedly got tickets to the Panthers / Broncos game for Super Bowl 50. Do you know who sang the half-time show for Super Bowl 50? That’s right, Beyoncé. The very woman he tried to help Ahmad Lane win against.

I was thinking “Why wait for the FOIA, let's go with this.” So no, he’s not a SEAL, he’s a liar that misrepresented his clients, he tried to help a lawsuit against Beyoncé which thankfully due to his own greed killed the case for Ahmad Lane and helped Beyoncé prevail against.

Nevertheless, an FOIA for Yusuf Hassan’s records has already been filed to the Department of the Navy / NPRC.
Fin.
