Because @Billbrowder was testifying in the #FakeNews #Russiagate witch hunt against @realDonaldTrump in July 17, NOT ONE Senator--Democrat or Republican--challenged Browder on how his story contradicted numerous claims he made under oath in his own 2015 deposition.

Despite the fact that it was in case that Browder himself brought to the DOJ…

Despite the fact that Browder LOVES talking to every media outlet he can find about his Magnitsky claims…

Browder DID NOT want to do that deposition!

Now - the timeline…

Here's @Billbrowder Testimony to Senate:

"On November 13, 2005, as I was flying into Moscow from a weekend away, I was stopped at Sheremetyevo airport, detained for 15 hours, deported, and declared a threat to national security."

But @BillBrowder makes NO mention to the Senate of what came BEFORE that...

An investigation into tax fraud in 2003 for a shell company that Browder was general director of, and whose tax returns he personally signed.

The tax authorities found the company (Saturn) had taken advantage of a tax incentive for disabled war vets.

You will note that @BillBrowder agrees that this was the ruling of the Russian court in 2003.

Again, he told none of this to the Senate. And nobody asked, either.

Here's video of some of disabled Afghan war vets that claim @Billbrowder used (and underpaid) them…plus allegations he even used fake vets.

Again-this all happened prior to Browder being denied a Visa 2005, and NONE of it mentioned in SWORN TESTIMONY to the Senate.

There was an appeal of the decision -- and it was upheld.

Saturn -- the company @Billbrowder was general director of -- did not pay the taxes in 2003, Browder admits.

And Browder also admits the the money Saturn made was removed from Russia, despite the taxes owned.

You'll note @Billbrowder answers "I don't know" quite a bit...

Continuing the thread exposing the differences between the sworn testimony of Globalist anti-@POTUS @Billbrowder in his July 20017 Senate testimony and his sworn Deposition given in 2015.

This is from @Billbrowder testimony under oath to the Senate.

Note he says he had no idea what the raids were about -- and that they involved holding companies.

I've already shown this is a lie; Saturn, one of those holding companies, had fraudulently abused a tax break.

Here in his 2015 deposition, @BillBrowder acknowledges that he had personally signed the tax forms that made thee fraudulent claims about the disabled vets hired to get a tax break,

None of this mentioned to the Senate. No questions on Browder's story.

Here, @BillBrowder claims an audit said Saturn didn't owe taxes.

But Browder no documentation for this claim, despite this being a key point AND the document was supposed to be produced under subpoena.

Two sources tell me he never produced the document.

Here, Browder claims to not to have known that another holding company he directed had a $20,000,000 tax bill in 2005 -- 18 months prior to the raid he told the Senate about.

Note the timing here, because it's a key false claim by @BillBrowder.

He says that AFTER the 2007 raids he hired lawyer Sergei Magnitksky.

But in his 2015 deposition, Browder makes it clear that Magnitsky was involved with Saturn in 2002....FIVE YEARS before Browder testified to the Senate that he hired him.

And Magnitsky was working with Saturn; the holding company who was found to owe taxes

Nor was Sergei Magnitsky a lawyer, since he had no law degree that Browder was aware of…

But that's what Browder said under oath to the Senators.
