So our govt is lauding to a leak that #RealityWinner is accused of blowing the whistle on(Russian hacking)&saying it *was* in the publics best interest to know,yet she *still* faces 10yrs,denied bail4x,not mirandized,silenced&slandered. #justice4reality

So states understood a threat existed, but didn't understand how serious this threat was (although some ppl knew of these cyber threats well before that.) DHS warning wasnt "sufficient"& state election officials weren't notified til Sept'17. #RealityWinner was arrested in June'17

Bc of the insufficient warning,the bipartisan Senate committee looking into #RussianHacking is recommending a call for Intel Community to step up info sharing threats as well as tasking media w developing a "common set of...well defined election security terms." #justice4reality

What info is this bipartisan Senate committee using?We know #RussianHacking has been all over since Sept'17. But it was specifically what #RealityWinner is charged w leaking that led to all this.
Don't forget, Re was arrested June,silenced months b4 govt released info to public.

This info is public knowledge now & the senate committee admits the info does not harm the public. However,the govt charges #RealityWinner under the Espionage Act saying the leaked info was classified bc it cld have caused harm to the public. #justice4reality
