2. Some 6 months before the hearing, in July of 2015 under BO's watch this took place. Immigrant children were handed off by BO's people to human traffickers who forced the children into slavery.

3. "How could this have happened in America?" The answer will be clear if you read further into this transcript. It was a case of BO own people not caring about the children or as has been true in cases of slavery throughout history, someone was profiting off the transactions!

4. Now to some of the numbers to show how big the scope of this #WhereAreTheChildrenObama scheme was. Some 90,000 child immigrants were placed with sponsors during 2014/15. That doesn't count those who were unreported, to be used for who-knows-what by smugglers or BO's own people

5. The investigation looked into the reasons behind the abuse of children by the BO admin. One of the problems was that only 4% of the cases were ever checked up on after a child was released to a sponsor. That was over a 3 yr period so less than 4% of the 90k were checked.

6. So how many incidents like this were happening during BO's watch? The only answer they could get was "Nobody knows"! Children weren't tracked, adults weren't vetted, & there was no follow up in over 96% of the cases. You can bet the money was counted! #WhereAreTheChildrenObama

7. That's right they kept track of the money and know that 200 million in 2014 and 278 million in 2015 was never spent! So where did that money go? If 200 mil dollars was not even used in 2014, why was even more money allotted for the same cause in 2015? #FollowTheMoney

8. In 2009 at the begining of the BO presidency there were only some 3,300 unaccompanied children entering the US each year, by 2014 that had jumped to 51,000. Why would BO want to encourage the smuggling of children to our country?

9. One answer is chain migration, using kids to give parents and other relatives a way to seek entrance, thus padding the Dem voter roles. But as we can see from this transcript there was money to be made as well, for slave laborers and child sex slaves. #WhereAreTheChildrenObama

10. Besides not being able to say "We don't have enough money, so these problems exist", BO's people can also not point their fingers and say the rules were not followed. The rules BO had in place were followed and allowed the abuse of these children! #WhereAreTheChildrenObama

11. Social workers were not allowed to check up on children if the sponsor didn't want it to happen. Just how many people in the Dept of HHS worked to solve the UAC problems. In 2009, 50 handled the less than 3,500 cases. In 2014 with 51,000 cases there were only 120 case workers

12. When BO's people were asked "How many of them do you think you would know where they are?" & "But you have no idea how many you can contact today?" The answers were: "I could not guess on that." and "We do not."

13. Next they're asked: Of all the cases you've handled, have you ever terminated a sponsorship agreement? Remember we're talking about some 90k cases and their answer was: "No not that I'm aware of."
They wash their hands of the kids after handing them over to a sponsor.

14. So abuses of unaccompanied children immigrants were recognized during the BO admin. They were blatant enough to make an investigation & hearing necessary. Yet I don't remember this ever being brought into the light by the MSM.

15. Now to present day and what is going on with the Trump admin as far as immigrant children are concerned. For one thing the numbers which had decrease greatly in 2017 have now gone back up due to the courts getting involved and halting the Trump agenda.

16. In 2017, 93% of the 40,800 cases were placed with sponsors = 37,900 cases, of which there were 3,173 home studies done which equals 8.7%, more than double the amount done during the BO admin. Much better record keeping was done by Trump's people.

17. They now conduct thorough background, criminal record, and drug tests on all potential sponsors. Including the parents if justified.

18. In Dec 2017, they strengthened the requirement of the child being made to attend their court hearing and required the sponsor to attend a class on legal requirements.

19. Finally on the subject of #WhereAreTheChildren Mr. Wagner was able to give a full answer not a "We cannot say or I do not know". Yes some of the children are missing but they know which are missing and are working to find them, unlike BO.
