Why after two years of our Election System being targeted are we not getting any information?

We know approximately half our states Voter Registration sites were being targeted in 2016
Some straight thru December

Almost a year later DHS decided to inform the states.

What the hell is going on if we have states that don’t know they are being hit by Russian IP’s.

The states that are supposed to protect us don’t know. DHS that is supposed to protect the states didn’t think it important enough to tell the states in real time.

DHS tells the states that they don’t have the time before midterms to guarantee that they can help every state

DHS waited a year before informing the states. Then they can’t help all states because they waited a year. Get the irony.

Then we have another issue. At the time they inform the states they have issued a statement that voter registration files weren’t compromised.

Here’s the problem. States didn’t know they were targeted. So since they control the Voter registration files how could DHS make that statement?

Fast forward two years here we are months before the most important election in our history and we are under the cone of silence. What is happening on our states servers right now? Why is no one asking the question?

I would like every SOS to be asked and to go on the record. When we go a year out from the midterms and DHS decides to tell us what happened I want to know who told us the facts and who didn’t.

Does anyone think that a SOS today would tell us if their voter registration files were hacked. I’m not sure they would.

We have talked to upper level IT experts that all agree it is easier to see an attempted hack then to know if something was compromised. If the states don’t see the attack how do we feel safe nothing happened?

Most importantly why don’t we know? Why isn’t anyone asking?
