After Shadrack Sibiya's threats yesterday, it's about time I reply to him using an Android device with tweets location on. #ShadrackSibiya

It always seemed to me that the greatest threat to our freedoms and lives comes not from people who commit crimes against us, but from the way our Gov tends to respond to that and the way our Gov tends to favour and protect the privileged and connected few #ShadrackSibiya

It's shocking how Criminals like Shadrack Sibiya & Robert McBride are continuing to hold critical positions in public offices, deceiving the public with “I am a victim” stunts while behind the scenes covering each other’s backs & protecting their inner circles criminal networks

An inquest has ruled that seven police officers are criminally liable for Terrence Mpofu’s death and should be all indicted on several charges including murder and torture. #ShadrackSibiya

Critical evidence was withheld from reaching the inquest court by IPID boss Robert McBride. By so doing, General Shadrack Sibiya, Colonel Andre Neethling and Captain Plaatjies will not be held liable for their roles in the death of Mr Mpofu. #ShadrackSibiya

Now, can someone balance me really quick here! Shouldn’t the above criminals be indicted for their involvement in the death of the deceased? What if I put it to you that the following occurred! #ShadrackSibiya

(1) Colonel Andre Neethling is responsible for leading the TOMS unit to a wrong suspect through tracking a mobile number that was never confirmed if it belonged to the suspect they were looking for. #ShadrackSibiya

On request, the deceased’s Cellphone coordinates were continuously sent to Neethling’s mobile phone by the service provider and that subsequently led to police storming the wrong house, killing an innocent father in the presence of his wife and kid. #ShadrackSibiya

Later lied and claiming the deceased was a fugitive wanted in Zimbabwe, also that he tried to commit suicide by jumping off the window. #ShadrackSibiya

(2) General Shadrack Sibiya was notified by Neethling of the incident as the then head of the rogue TOMS team. #ShadrackSibiya

Upon arrival Sibiya then proceeded to try and manipulate the scene as he’s done so with many crime scenes including the Senzo Meyiwa murder scene, when he realised that there were too many “eyes” he left the scene undetected. #ShadrackSibiya

Including the IPID thug McBride knows that Sibiya was at the crime scene at some point. But, to date, he has not requested a statement from his friend. #ShadrackSibiya

I therefore wish to challenge #NPA to look into the omission of Sibiya’s statement from the inquest by #IPID and request a more profound investigation that will include placing Sibiya at the murder scene through his mobile phone locations on the said day. #ShadrackSibiya

(3) Captain Plaatjies’ statement supplied to the inquest was manipulated by #IPID for the purpose of shielding him from indictment for murder. #ShadrackSibiya

I know for a fact that, Plaatjies was involved in torturing and “tubing” of the deceased. Also participated in attempting to contaminate the crime scene with Sibiya and Cowboy. #ShadrackSibiya

I again wish to challenge the #NPA to look closely into his role in that rogue TOMS unit, furthermore his close association with both Shadrack Sibiya and Robert Mcbride. #ShadrackSibiya

(4) IPID manipulated some of the evidence supplied to the inquest court, particularly shielding Sibiya, Neethling and Plaatjies as they enjoy the privileges of being close allies of the #IPID boss Robert McBride. #ShadrackSibiya

This is not a personal attack on you Shadrack Sibiya as you claim so, but just a reminder that you ain’t above the law as you thought you were. You brought this to yourself by choosing to protect the person that killed #SenzoMeyiwa

Stop wasting your employer’s resources trying to track me at the crooked places you like to go with your drug loads thugs. Soon you will realise I know more of your dirty files than you ever thought I did. #ShadrackSibiya

I know who’s been giving you information on who I am, however, keep in mind that I will always be 19 steps ahead of you no matter the help from your police and IPID friends. #ShadrackSibiya

If you knew me as you claim, you would have sent your friends to arrest me already & get me tortured to death then put an AK47 on me & give a report that says "I shot myself, or I was trying to shot your me." because that's how you kill people. #ShadrackSibiya

Just a friendly warning Mr Shadrack Sibiya, Herman Mashaba is not stupid & he will soon fire you as the Anti-Corruption Boss because you are corruption yourself. #ShadrackSibiya

Shadrack Sibiya I will further expose your involvement in the following cases:
- The murder of SAPS General Maswanganyi. - Murder of Uwe Gembala.
- Murder of Sam Issa
- Murder of Phumlani Ncube
- Murders of 3 witnesses on separate incidents. And many other cases #ShadrackSibiya

I am closing down on Sibiya & his police gang. Members of the public that were terrified by him and feared reporting him to police before, are now coming forward with evidence that he killed their loved ones while protected by his position as the Hawks GP Boss. #ShadrackSibiya

I will therefore write to the #NPA #NDPP and the Police asking them to provide me with a private prosecution certificate if they can not themselves prosecute these thugs in all the cases that they were involved in since 2010 till to date. #ShadrackSibiya
