What were the terms of the settlement between the winery and the employee who sued? Was Nunes aware of the lawsuit? Did he know the people involved in the fund-raiser? 4/8
Does Nunes feel it's OK for him to still be an investor in the winery? What percentage of the winery does he own? Why did he feel it was unnecessary to make a statement after he learned of the incident? 5/8
These questions are just the beginning. It was Nunes' choice not to speak with us, as it is his choice to spend campaign funds to produce an ad attacking The Bee. 6/8

Good journalism arms readers with information and facts. We're not in the business of turning a blind eye to a matter like this. Just because Nunes doesn't want the story out there does not make it "false," as he proclaims. 8/8
