Jerry Nadler is asking why we are even talking about Clinton emails at all..
Completely disregarding the findings that she not only had TOP SECRET emails on her computer... But had a MAID print them out and destroyed evidenced that was rightfully subpoenaed.
Gowdy: Lisa Page and Peter Strzok both expected (and wanted) Hillary Clinton to win the election, though they wouldn't have ever thought that if they had expected her to be indicted or criminally charged. This was DURING the investigation.
Gowdy: 3 days after the Russia investigation began.. Strzok said "damn this feels momentous and this was to make sure we didn't F things up, this investigation MATTERS"
Gowdy: If someone is prejudging the outcome of an investigation before it ends, and another before it even begins, what is more bias than that? What am I missing?
Horowitz: We are looking at that in an ongoing way in relation to Russia investigation.
It's so hysterical that the Dems are trying to say that @Comey's actions were to HELP Trump. 😂
The reason he made the public statements about reopening HRC investigation was to CLEAR her before the election otherwise NYPD would release Weiner laptop info.
I think Cummings read, and is repeating other Dem member's testimony from yesterday because he's just repeating the same things they said yesterday.. Waiting for him to mention Giuliani for the hat trick.
Horowitz not sure if he sought interviews from anyone within the Obama white house. Especially not Obama. He doesn't know if he even would've liked to have done that... HMM? Not liking that answer Mikey.
Horowitz: "WE FOUND STRZOK EXHIBITED BIAS, we found decisions that were made by OTHERS were not infected by bias, but we had concerns that his biased state of mind impacted his October decision regarding his the Weiner laptop"
Horowitz: "Almost everything we found was the other way and was anti-trump"
Regarding texts by FBI Agents involved in the Clinton email investigation, while Jerry Nadler tried to argue that there may have been agents who were anti-Clinton
@Twitter has #VerifiedTPT Live Streaming... A video on people answering sports questions.
But one of the most important political hearings in USA history, there's not even a mention.. If this was about Trump, it would be front page, live stream and trending.
Horowitz: "There was a period of several months where the FBI wasn't collecting texts" and we went through 4 rounds of review to get those texts (paraphrasing)
Horowitz: Obama was one of 13 individuals who was emailing with Clinton on her unsecured email server. "I'm not certain if those emails were among the classified materials"
Horowitz: Strzok and Page's fingerprints were involved in the drafting of the exoneration of Clinton where they changed the words from 'grossly negligent' (criminally guilty) to 'extremely careless' (non legal term) and 'Obama' to 'senior government official'
Sheila Jackson Lee is interrupting Jim Jordan right now with a parliamentary inquiry calling his line of questioning "germane" ... without raising an actually parliamentary inquiry..
Just curious, but if someone (read: almost everyone) asks the same question, as a Congressman, wouldn't you not want to keep repeating it over and over? Doesn't seem to be a productive use of time. (Democrats)
Rep Jeffries accuses Republicans of peddling conspiracy theories and labels them the "Coverup Caucus"... as he continues to peddle his own conspiracy theories.
But I think he thinks, like Cummings, that the louder you say something the truer it becomes.
Ted Lieu (who is heavily compromised by Imran Awan/Pakistan), calls it ridiculous and stupid that we are trying to get to the bottom of Hillary having TOP SECRET emails on an UNCLASSIFIED PRIVATE SERVER, and the top FBI brass being in the tank for her. No surprise there. @tedlieu
"Imran Awan was fired Tuesday by Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the same day he pleaded not guilty to a bank fraud charge in connection with a $165,000 home equity loan
His brother Abid Awan, was employed by Democratic Rep. Ted Lieu"
"Besides Wasserman Schultz, Imran has longstanding personal relationships with Reps. Gregory Meeks and Marcia Fudge of New York, Politico reported. Employers also include Rep. Ted Lieu of California on the Foreign Affairs Committee"
Sally Yates didn't want the "agents involved in the Clinton Foundation investigation" (Not the server or emails, What happened to this investigation?), "to take no overt investigative steps prior to the election".
Would make sense (if she were actually non-biased).
