Another #Maidan massacre bombshell: Yanukovych lawyer says that Yanukovych trial judge has refused to hear testimony & other evidence by pro-Maidan #Ukraine parliament deputy that Maidan leaders organized groups of snipers to shoot police & protesters

and that one sniper was captured by #Maidan protesters but was released by Maidan leaders. This deputy (Artemenko) was one of Right Sector leaders in Spring 2014, now lives in US and reportedly gave such testimony about Maidan massacre to the US grand jury in #Russiagate case.

In contrast, there is not single public testimony by ex-Yanukovych associates, police & SBU commanders/servicemen about order by Yanukovych or other government officials/commanders to massacre protesters, organizing or covering up snipers, or confessions about shooting protesters

His testimony brings to 17 number of #Maidan activists & ex-Georgia military who publicly testified about specific Maidan leaders organizing, financing or releasing snipers, ordering to shoot both police & protesters or confessed about shooting police during Maidan massacre.

It is telling that there are no investigations of government leaders in #Ukraine following such testimonies concerning #Maidan massacre. Some #Ukrainian #media outlets have reported about his bombshell testimony. Nothing has been reported by Western media. strana.ua/news/147885-ob…

He was recently stripped of his Ukrainian citizenship and removed from the parliament under pretext that he also became Canadian citizen.

Artemenko says that Prosecutor Generals of #Ukraine also refused his offers to testify about #Maidan massacre, & he would reveal information at press-conference in Washington DC soon. It would be telling if Western #media would do their job & report this.

Both my content analysis of videos of Khmelnytskyi massacre & previous investigation by Military Prosecutor office in Lviv found that elderly female protester was killed & other protesters wounded in false flag from SBU veranda, which was at that time seized by Maidan protesters.

Anyone who is not politically blind can clearly see in my video appendix (1:31) bullet holes, gunshot flashes, discharge smoke & flying bullet casings from gunshots made from SBU veranda right behind its glass window when other protesters are there.

Like in the case of the Maidan massacre, the GPU reversed the previous investigations and forensic examinations and claimed that these protesters were shot by an Alfa SBU officer from second floor of the SBU building and charged yesterday an SBU Alfa officer with this massacre.

SBU accusation that GPU fabricated its Khmelnytskyi Maidan massacre investigation is official & public: "...речниця СБУ Олена Гітлянська повідомила "Українській правді", що Служба безпеки вважає підозру співробітнику відділу ЦСО "А" УСБУ у Хмельницькій області сфабрикованою."

Artemenko states that he & other Right Sector activists found positions of snipers in 3 specific buildings & that Maidan leaders released sniper captured there. He says that he has photos of sniper positions, bullet casings found there & other eyewitnesses

He suggests that Maidan leadership brought "snipers" because they benefited from massacre by obtaining power in Ukraine. Prosecutor General Office investigation denies presence of “snipers” in Maidan-controlled buildings & opposed along with Maidan lawyers his trial testimony.

He states that head of the Maidan Self-Defense planned to seize Ukrainian parliament and government headquarters during “Peaceful March” on February 18, 2014 and that another named Maidan leader planned to seize police weapons depo in Kyiv to get firearms & he met with them then.

Artemenko says that Right Sector leader also discussed around the time of Maidan massacre how to get weapons and that this far right organization was involved in appointment of new government after Maidan massacre.

This ex-Right sector leader and ex-member of parliament from Maidan party also says that Prosecutor General Office of #Ukraine refused to hear his testimony and investigate his evidence of Maidan snipers & to interrogate other Right Sector leaders about this massacre and snipers.
