If you are trying to get sober and all you focus on is alcohol you will never succeed

Cut it all out, avoid those situations, cut out people who encourage you to drink (for now), and completely throw yourself in a new direction of family and prayer
I got sober 13 years ago today and went cold turkey

I didn’t use a program or a product

I used prayerful thinking and family

I reminded myself God made me for a purpose and that purpose isn’t drinking alcohol

I’ve never looked back
It wasn’t always easy

Early on I would tell new people I met that I had an alcohol allergy and drinking would make me sick

After a while, the very smell of alcohol would actually make me feel sick

The spirit-mind-body connection is real

We have obtained the Kavanaugh hearing format:
The Chairman and Ranking Member will give their opening statements. There is no time limitation.

Dr. Ford will get sworn and have the opportunity to give an opening statement. There is no time limitation.
Each senator will then have the opportunity to ask questions of Dr. Ford.

If any senator prefers, another committee member or staff counsel can ask questions on behalf of that senator.

Per Dr. Ford’s request, each senator has 5 minutes of questioning.

To be clear: Michael Horowitz testified under oath that there is information of collusion between Hillary Clinton and Loretta Lynch that is so highly classified he could not even present it to Congress without approval
This same information was mentioned briefly by Comey in his book, and in the McCabe IG report
Lynch and the Clinton campaign have never been interviewed by the FBI about it
