1. Good news--young Ravi Sharma won major victory against senior adv G.Subramaniam in SC by getting permission to move High Court on behalf of three student witnesses in #KathuaCase who were being tortured, threatened & coerced into reversing their testimony before Magistrate.
2. Ravi moved SC on behalf of 3 witnesses who were being subjected to violence,threats of harm by J&K police to coerce them to change testimony tgiven b4 magistrate that Vishal was present in Meerut 4 exam & not in Kathua to "satisfy his lust' as per #FalseNarrative of Mehbooba
3. SC took assurance from counsel for J&K that the witnesses will not be treated as accused. Subramaniam wanted case dismissed or tried in Pathankot. Ravi had to remind him petition about police atrocities can't be heard in trial court. SC allowed permission to approach HC.
4. This is just the beginning of legal setbacks for #FalseKathuaNarrative. Even in Pathankot, witnesses brought in by police cracking up under cross examination. Hopefully, Mehbooba will be put to trial one day 4 masterminding this sinister conspiracy. #DivineRetribution at work
5. Not surprisingly #PaidMedia reports claiming that SC dismissed the case. Truth is evident in SC order. Ravi Sharma won major relief for three student witnesses.
6. With blessings of #BabaKaliveer whose shrine at Rasana desecrated by Mehbooba Govt, we will take #KathuaFalseCase to its logical conclusion. Mehbooba played with fire fabricating disgraceful false narrative using innocent 8 yr old girl's murder to further demographic invasion.
7.Don't believe #PaidMedia This what actually happened in Supreme Court today with regard to relief for 3 witnesses in defence of Vishal, son of Sanji Ram whose presence in exam hall & Meerut endorsed by CCTV plus friends' testimony. SC took serious note of police torture,threats
8. Thank you @RaviSharmaTalks for effectively combating #KathuaFalseNarrative in Supreme Court & winning relief against lawyers twice your age. U were excellent in arguing Shujaat Bukhari defamation case. This is far more important a battle to take to its logical conclusion & WIN

1.@SushmaSwaraj ji, I was to be in London for some lectures starting 20th June but strangely #BritishVisa still stuck.I just discovered that British Govt has frozen all visa applications due 2 some khit-pit between GOI & Britain. Indian citizens shd hv been forewarned not 2 apply
2. I wasted nearly Rs 10,000 on #BritishVisa application incldg Rs 1400 for getting SMS when visa cleared. But British High Commission not processing any Indian visas. Why couldn't Indian govt warn its citizens not to waste money applying right now since Brits have frozen visas?
3.The least British High Commission owes me refund of my application money since they accepted money under false pretense.Till date they have not even informed me about fate of my application. Nor returned my passport. Four years of Hugplomacy & this is what we get @SushmaSwaraj?

Two simple ways 2 discipline Kashmir without cost. Now that Governor/ President rule inevitable 1)Withdraw security from all PDP, NC, Hurriyat leaders; Let them deal with terror groups & stone pelters on own strength (2) Confiscate properties of all those who believe in secession
2. PDP will self destruct in no time. Abdullahs will run to London if denied highest level security. End of NC. Hurriyat leaders should be locked up in far away Andhra, Assam, Andaman. Kashmiris would be happy to forget they ever existed. Stop patronising separatist newspapers.
3. Appoint honest & able administrator as Governor & give army a free hand. They are far kinder & sophisticated than J&K police which is largely responsible for ham handed dealings & patronage of terror groups. Trifurcate Kashmir. Aend back Shehla Rashid type Pak agents 2 Valley

2. Let's stop being Guilt Trapped: Freedom of Religion for Christians means the Indian state becoming willing partner ( as under Nehru Dynasty, especially during Sonia regime) in enabling Evangelicals to "Harvest Souls" & convert Hindus to christianity through force or fraud..
3. Freedom of Religion for Islamists means freedom to make India--a Dar al Harb into Dar al Islam--have free run in their conversion campaigns. Till India becomes extension of Pakistan, they want veto power over every policy, every decision, every legislation

1/n Far more to #Asifa case than media allowing to come out. Just spoke to senior lawyers in Jammu.They are emphatic that they don't defend the rapist & killer. But pointing to political mischief being played by PDP at behest of Geelani Hurriyat with @RisingKashmir in the lead
2/n No denying heinous rape & murder took place BUT Jammu angry bcoz Mehbooba kept out Jammu officers from SIT, brought in Inspector Wani,close associate of Geelani--into SIT despite the fact that Wani was in jail on charges of raping Hindu girl & murdering her brother in custody
3/n Jammu Hindus rightly angered at communal twist given 2 #Asifa case by false projectiion that Jammu people want to drive out .Bakarwals. devious narrative peddled by @RisingKashmir & GreaterKashmir. Hindus say they never attacked even Kashmiri separatist Muslims,why Bakarwals?

1/n Among dishonest acts committed by evangelical plant Shakti Vahini is that they didn't make any Khap Panchayat party to the PIL in SC seeking ban on Khaps. For 3 years the case against Khaps argued by FFNGO lawyers heard in absentia till Manushi intervened on behalf of Khaps
2/n SC merrily heard FFNGOs lawyers against Khaps without insisting that Khaps be made party. Law Commission drafted a new law at behest of FFNGOs with intent of banning all Khap assemblies without bothering to give even token hearing to Khaps.Govt counsels dutifully played along

1/n Just reread CJI Dipak Mishra's judgement making Khap Panchayats synonymous with honour killings. Provides typical example of imperial arrogance, ignorance of ground reality & disdain for our society's indigenous organisations.Better we bring the British back to rule over us..
2/n Gora Sahibs took far greater pains to understand the society they had to rule & dominate. The Brown Sahibs who lord over us 2day are far more ignorant, far more arrogant & pompous even though after centuries of intellectuall slavery, most of them can't even write good English
3/n It would be hard to find a chief justice who goes against his own assurances in court when writing a judgement. CJI Mishra assured us over 3 hearings that while dealing with honour killings, he would NOT drag in the name of Khaps as done by petitioner NGO with malafide intent
