But we've had multiple, vast sources of hard evidence of criminal activities.
#Cryptocurrency transactions, Transition emails, the 420,000+ Hansa users, #FinCEN data, money laundering & so forth, *already* forming a global map of crime & subversion.
@ericgarland So what happens when law enforcement records the phones calls of numerous people for whom they not only have probable cause, but evidence already "beyond a reasonable doubt"?
And what happens when so many callers think their words are encrypted & they can speak *very* openly?
@ericgarland As I said about Cohen's reputed habit of recording phone calls:
It's one thing to have mountains of indisputable evidence for juries.
It's another when you can have the accused explain their crimes in their own words *when* *they* *don't* *know* *they're* *being* *recorded.*
@ericgarland You can explain things to juries in simple terms.
But how much better is it when the defendant explains things to them in simple terms?
@ericgarland And as you get probable cause on one criminal after another, many of whom don't even have to be prosecuted at the Federal level, how much more do you *get?*
@ericgarland Oh, and that whole set of dominoes is just *one* set.
The same thing is happening almost all the other major sources of evidence.
Everything but Transition emails, as at least those stopped.
And notice Justice keeps going after lynchpin people & conspiracies.
Leading to more.

I considered the flaw in cryptocurrency enabling the mass tracking/takedown of organized crime/Russian intel a modest side project for more than one reason. As we proceed, *why* will become more apparent.
