5) Huber will impanel a Grand Jury, but can't do that in Utah to investigate crimes that happened in Washington, DC. NSA, FBI, DOJ, etc. He doesn't have the jurisdiction in Utah. So now groundwork is laid, here is my theory.

6) Rod Rosenstein and Mueller are white hats.

The appointment of a special council was a smoke screen, and may in fact pull in more bad actors, we see evidence of that in the Strzok and Page text messages. They were shopping for partisan hacks to join the team.

7) Perhaps Strzok & Page among others were being watched for who they brought in, who they trusted, who they communicated with.

11) Sessions received 47 no votes along party lines. They definitely didn't want him, my theory being he is one of the few that has never been compromised in any way. They had to know he would be an honest AG.

12) If we accept that RR & Sessions actually wanted a special council appointed then we begin to see Mueller's value.

My theory is that Mueller is running a 2 sided Special Council investigation. Recall Rosenstein expanded it's scope? And won't show anyone the document?

13) On the public side, the Special Council is chasing it's tail, getting nowhere, and losing public faith. I believe that Mueller has a hidden side to the SC that the public side is not aware of.

14) This is where the Mueller SC and Huber meet... for the use of a Grand Jury that Mueller has already impaneled.

This explains Mueller's long meeting with @POTUS right before his appointment, and in general explains why the farcical side of this is allowed to continue.

15) Away from the corruption of DC, John Huber has been building cases. No leaks. In DC, the Grand Jury's are listening to evidence.

In the end, the call for a SC to investigate muh Russia has been turned on it's head to take down the very people calling for it.

16) This also explains why @POTUS has not done more to kill the SC. He knows full well what is happening & is keeping the public and media entertained while some serious work is being done.
