Second, tweet like a boss, not like a slave. 
Third, be choosy in who you follow.
Fourth, unfollow accounts that have poor quality content or bot-like behavior. You need to extract yourself from their toxic network.
Fifth, while some real people undoubtedly retweet propaganda accounts with honest intentions, ultimately they are penalized for being a participant in twitter's web of propaganda, resulting in shadowbans. Stay away!
Sixth, (and last, for now!) don't trigger penalties with exuberant tagging and hashtagging.
