⚡️And he also explains why Putin is lobbying so hard against the Magnitsky Act. Because PUTIN should be on the list of individuals on the list who have all their assets frozen and are banned from the U.S.
⚡️The other reason Putin hates the Magnitsky Act, according to Browder, is that he promised protection to his oligarchs if they gave him 50% of their proceeds. With the Magnitsky Act, he can no longer promise this and his cut of the action may be in jeopardy.

On July 16, 2018, Concord Management and Consulting LLC filed a motion to dismiss Robert Mueller's indictment against the company.

Attorneys for the Russian company listed 4 reasons to dismiss. What judge was cited 9 times...and another 2 times?
