(2) I am an ex Wall Street/Bulge Bracket Banker, I held the highest SEC/FINRA licenses 24, 7, 79, 63, 66.
I have been fuming as I watch @facebook@Twitter@Google insiders sell when they know what is coming.
This is INSIDER TRADING!
(3) Why would anyone sell these shares?
(4) Fortunatley, these are public companies and insider-sales (when people affiliated with a company, sells shares in that company) data is reported in quarterly and annual reports.
I spent the day pulling these reports using all OPEN SOURCE data, to build data sets
(5) I consildtaed all the open-source data into a financial model to better analyze and assess, data sourced and referenced. Message me if you want a copy.
I "plan" to also build models for Twitter then Google
(6) Below is a high-level look at shareholdings and Facebook's insider list
(7) This is how Facebook Insiders have sold shares/options since January 2016, the left-side is dollar value of shares sold, and months across the bottom.
(8) Look at the crazy peaks/valleys, sales of $1 billion dollars worth of shares. Meaning one month they sell very few shares, then suddenly sell $1 billion?
What was happening around these time?
I dug through news and analyst reports and look what I found?
(9) These sales peaks are where the SEC and DOJ will audit, looking at all trades preceding big market changes.

(25) The SEC operates off an assumption of guilt, how could these people not be aware of these scandals before the public?
The question is did they trade before the fall?
(26) With that, I am cooked and off to bed. Will pick up again tomorrow.

(27) All this ☝️ gave me a sad thought.
@POTUS could create illusion of huge "insider trading crackdown" (think Martha Stewart/Bernie Madoff) #DeepState minions plead guilty to white-collar crimes, save face, and keep the worst of it in the bin. Hope I'm wrong
(2) In June 2008 @BarryMeier at the New York Times revealed that @SenJohnMcCain's campaign manager, @realrickdavis, was also Paul Manafort's partner at Davis Manafort, LLC
(3) Senator John McCain knew what Chris Davis and Paul Manafort were up to since 2005.
