I just did a last minute swap to the reading for my Medieval Religion, Medicine, and Magic course. I decided to put in some blog posts by doctoral students in various stages of research, to show students how ideas are born, grow, & get refined.
Excited to see how it goes!
I’m hoping to show students that scholarly writing is the product of a long process, not something scholars are born knowing how to do. And I hope this makes them more comfortable about where THEY are in their process.
