Apparent @SeaTacAirport groundstop.
From a passenger who was on an @AlaskaAir flight that returned to @SeaTacAirport gate:
Confirmed by @SeaTacAirport sources there is an "airspace issue."
Multiple sources say an aircraft was "stolen" from @SeaTacAirport and remains airborne nearby.
-@SeaTacAirport ground stop has ended.
Eastbound and southbound traffic released for departures from @SeaTacAirport.

The plane crash was "definitely on Ketron island," according to one of the journalists in the @KING5Seattle studio, quoting a source.

More official confirmation that a @SeaTacAirport employee took off in the aircraft which has crashed.
Rogue pilot apparently was a mechanic, according to police.
Another screen grab of a video clip of the @Bombardier Q400 shortly before it crashed, aired by @KING5Seattle.
Prior to the crash when I was monitoring @SeaTacAirport ATC I heard the tower talking with "Rick" who said he wanted to do barrel rolls, then indicated one of his engines was apparently going out and was advised to stay over water.
We also now can confirm two F-15 jets were scrambled in response, apparently from the Oregon Air National Guard.
