That is any evidence that might show they are innocent or reduce their guilt for sentencing. Pdop waived his right to court ordered discovery by pleading guilty instead of going to trial.

Mueller's team got Pdop's legal team to agree to asking the court to seal it

Lack of prior criminal history, getting duped, or as sometimes happens was arrested by a dirty cop. They protective order prohibits them from sharing that info.

Lawyers have to destroy the evidence or give it back when the case is over. So after 10 months since his plea, & 13 after his arrest, Mueller's team chose Monday to get a court order & share this.

Well evidence that the federal agents involved in the case might have been biased or acted unethically would be included in discovery if it is known to Mueller. He is duty bound to inform Pdop & his lawyers of exculpatory evdce

But #PeterStrzok lead the investigation of Pdop & Russia was fired on Friday & made public on Monday. So those disciplinary documents were kept confidential during his discipline process.

So that report would have to be shared with Mueller if it was relevant to his cases. He lead the case from July 16-May 17 before being removed for bias in August 2017 so it's relevant

It would typically be considered exculpatory as it might provide reasonable doubt about the case. So #Mueller would give Pdop the evidence after the Monday court order.

By replacing his current lawyers, retracting his guilty plea & suing the feds for misconduct. Probably all based on the docs discovery
