NSSM 200 falsely claimed that population growth in so-called Lesser Developed Countries (LDCs) like India was a grave threat to US national security & outlined a covert plan to reduce population growth in nations like India through birth control & implicitly war & famine.

NSSM 200 was based on Royal Commission on Population which King George VI had created in 1944 “to consider what measures should be taken in national interest to influence future trend of population" which says Britain was gravely threatened by population growth in colonies- India

NSSM 200 concluded that United States was threatened by population growth in former British colonies. It paid special attention to 13 “key countries” in which US had a “special political & strategic interest" India was on top of list. Do you know who implemented this in India?
