Definition of "Journalist" from Merriam-Webster:
1a: a person engaged in journalism; especially : a writer or editor for a news medium
1b: a writer who aims at a mass audience
2: a person who keeps a journal

Everyone on social media meets the qualification.

The distinction between a blog and journalism is very fuzzy.
I'm not sure there actually is one.
There are many twitter accounts with independent investigative reporting, such as @almostjingo and @GOPPollAnalyst

It's takes a very shallow dive into how North Korea has been governed to find that the atrocities Kim Jong Un is being blamed for were most likely not his doing.

Kim Jong Un & his sister Kim Yo Jong were both educated in Switzerland.

1. About the Omnibus & the border wall, you can read what it says starting at page 673 line 16 here: docs.house.gov/billsthisweek/…
1.5 billion to replace existing fencing with approved design such as "steel bollard"
This pic shows a new design @POTUS looked at which fits the bill.
2. The Omnibus bill states that @DHSgov has to file a report to the Senate & House Appropriations committee within 180 days addressing eminent domain, wildlife impact, cost projections etc.

Building a big long wall is going to require jumping through lots of regulatory hoops.
3. After the Comptroller receives the plan, they have 120 days to report to the Appropriation Committees.

That sounds to me like the way you'd have to go about obtaining funding for a big government project.

I'm guessing it will be in next years budget eh @MickMulvaneyOMB ??
