I've seen amazing armys' theories of the roof constructions from DNA, Fake Love, to IDOL. But in my personal opinion, it looks more as going through phases. First phase, DNA - knowing the first side of love.

If you see on seokjin's note on 15th August Year 22 from love yourself: her, he did went into the flower shop to preorder the flower like how it was written from the blog. There was his signature, order details and everything, but what about now? everything is gone.

Everytime seokjin travels in time, he always end up at the same room. From previous notes, he was unable to remember anything resulting in often-time travels. Time travels creates loops. What he created was endless.
From the previous note, it was stated that seokjin had found his fathers' letters of past regrets. He wanted jin's "youth" when his father didnt had the chance to have his. Making seokjin lose his own "control" over his life, youth, and choices. He was his father's puppet.
