A speeding is not a crime! It’s a traffic violation

FINES are imposed for violations, not jail or impeachment.

You CAN NOT use someone else’s personal funds for campaign related expenses.

You MUST use campaign or personal funds for campaign bumper stickers because you wouldn’t buy them without existence of candidacy.

Regulations prevent OTHERS from paying $20,000 for bumper stickers

You CAN use someone else’s money to pay for food.
Why? Even tho food is absolutely necessary to the campaign. (His candidacy CERTAINLY relies on his health and his health CERTAINLY would effect the election)

-HE WOULD NEED TO EAT EVEN WITHOUT THE EXISTENCE OF CANDIDACY!

An expense that would be acquired WITHOUT the existence of the campaign IS NOT A CAMPAIGN EXPENSE.

NO CAMPAIGN VIOLATION WAS COMMITTED

Using campaign funds as “hush money” was LISTED AS A POTENTIAL ARTICLE FOR IMPEACHMENT — watergate

This helped create the regulations for FEC.

Campaign funds CAN NOT by used for “hush money”

Allegation-
Hush money paid by Cohen to protect Trumps image- possibly influence elections.

NOT A COST EXCLUSIVE TO CAMPAIGN!
You can not consider CAMPAIGN EXCLUSIVE expense because he’d have paid it (and has) without existence of candidacy

- 5 counts tax evasion
- 1 count bank fraud
- willfully causing unlawful corporate contributions
- 1 count excessive campaign contributions

again the term “unlawful” is ridiculous considering these are regulations, not laws and no violation was committed

So why is the left making a big deal out of this?

Why would Cohen ( an attorney) plead guilty to crimes he didn’t commit ESPECIALLY considering they aren’t even crimes?

Let’s look at the “sentencing guidelines”

Note- This is nothing more than an agreement between the prosecutor and defense with SUGGESTED sentencing guidelines.

For any reason that the court sees fit, they can lessen or extend the formal sentence.
