Something to consider about this bill.

This fact, all too often, will only be found out after the fact, the damage will be done.

As it is, I would think parents do reference checks before hiring a nanny, if the person has lied before, they will again.
This is yet another reason why we need
a violent felon registry, this puts the power in the hands of the people, for their safety and for the safety of their children.

Lulu and Leos Law. I can understand why you would be for this bill, this is a good bill, but don't you understand those 3 girls you talk about, your girls, could also become victims of domestic violence NOBODY is immune.

showing his First and last charge. Note on 1 charge his middle initial is given, this is where too much info entered will give you a negative return should you use it. Without knowing his birthday (year) it makes it more difficult locating anyone. Note the charge of assault on
the first charge.HIs actual crime was throwing his infant child into a wall causing permenant brain damage. There is nothing about child neglect. This MISSING information could have been life saving. Assault 2nd falls under too many catagories, such as"I got into a barroom brawl
protecting a women". LIES. #BrittanysLaw will give the needed, life saving information we need to protect our most vulnerable. Had more information been given on the original charge, the murder charge could very possible have been omitted and Helen ad Brittany may still be alive.
