Using just LasVegas & Parkland, it’s easy to see that law enforcement don’t label anything a “Mass Shooting” at least initially.

My radar went off immediately seeing the Jacksonville tweet using #TheLandingMassShooting as a hashtag.

Oh boy... even @FoxNews is complicit here!

The “EXPERT” doing the commentary is stating we are hearing rounds fired from an “automatic” weapon!

NO! We are NOT hearing AUTOMATIC rounds fired! Normal, run of the mill, semi-auto firing. Good lord..

Also, I’m certainly not trying to minimize the loss of life today, which is of course tragic.

But to hear the news media drill the point home that this was a “MASS SHOOTING” repeatedly, let me ask you this @NBCNews / @CNN / @MSNBC:

Locals in Jacksonville grabbed video of the shooting.

Tells @NBCNews the reason there is so many shootings in Jacksonville is due to “boredom” and “lack of good jobs.”

First time we have heard “boredom” as a cause. (Bonus points for creativity)

“Expert” on news media states we heard rapid firing and no pauses... likely a HIGH CAPACITY MAGAZINE (not a revolver) that holds between 10-15 rounds.

I'm happy this gentleman isn't hurt. But news media is quick to LABEL him. He's not playing into it.
