An answer to our prayers.

Officer Roy Oliver has been found GUILTY of the murder of 15 year old #JordanEdwards.

A bittersweet moment for his family and for all of us who've fought non-stop for justice.

We'd all rather Jordan be alive, but this was so important.

Crying.
Here is my original article on the brutal police murder of #JordanEdwards written before Jordan had even been buried.

The grief, pain, and nightmares his murder caused were overwhelming.

nydailynews.com/news/national/…
A friend just wrote me, "There's something karmically powerful about a white man named Roy being convicted of murdering an African American teenager on the anniversary of Emmett Till's murder."

I agree.

Roy Bryant escaped justice on this earth, but Roy Oliver did not.

I have some BREAKING NEWS shortly.

It's actually a despicable update on illegal false arrests from the NYPD. It's utterly shameful that they city has allowed these actions to continue for years on end.

Police & prosecutors should be arrested for what I am about to report.
The City of New York has ROBBED Pedro Hernandez of his childhood. He literally spent his entire high school matriculation fighting for his life with these bogus charges from police & prosecutors.

New York will ultimately pay his family tens of millions of dollars for this.
1. Tyrese Revels is shot on July 12th, 2015.

Pedro Hernandez was arrested for it on July 14th, 2015.

All charges were dismissed against Pedro on February 29th, 2016.

He had absolutely nothing to do with it.

@NYCMayor who will be held responsible for this?

Brett Kavanaugh repeatedly committed perjury yesterday.

He openly & blatantly lied about his very relevant behaviors including his own words describing them in his yearbook - i.e. boofing, devil's triangle, etc.

An investigation would easily prove this.
Yesterday, Dr. Ford's testimony was calm, methodical, reflective, honest, patient, detailed, and imminently believable.

Brett Kavanaugh was a yelling, screaming, crying, sniffling, snorting, unhinged, privileged baby - avoiding questions left and right all day long.
Brett Kavanaugh's freshman roommate at Yale openly said that Kavanaugh was an uncontrollable drunk who would repeatedly become violent when intoxicated.

Call him in to testify under oath.

That's VERY relevant.

So far @JumaaneWilliams is up!
So far my main man @zellnor4ny is up! I think he can win this! We need this win.
I think @SalazarSenate18 is going to win this. This lead will hold.

Let me better explain this to you.

Hours after a stranger shot #BothamJean IN HIS APARTMENT, police got a search warrant to search HIS APARTMENT.

They began their investigation into HIS MURDER by searching through HIS belongings.
American Police are fundamentally INCAPABLE of policing and investigating themselves.
In his 26 years on earth, Botham Jean NEVER had a single ticket, a single arrest, a single conviction, or even a single behavioral note in college.

Not one. Ever.

How dare police and the media attempt to insult his character and integrity today.

My Latest.

It's true - most @NFL players aren't protesting the National Anthem. They are protesting injustice & police brutality.

But I took a much deeper dive into the life of Francis Scott Key & the National Anthem - AND...I am protesting the anthem.

theintercept.com/2018/09/13/nat…
The question is this:

How horrible does someone's character have to be before you no longer cherish their art?

I have a line.

Owning human beings cross that line.

Francis Scott Key not only owned them, he lived a truly atrocious & abusive life.

Ask yourself this question.

If a Nazi wrote a great song, would you overlook his Naziism because you loved the song?

What if a 9/11 hijacker was also a great photographer, would you buy a book of his wonderful photos?

That's Francis Scott Key to me.

Wife & I were so proud to just cast our first votes together as New Yorkers!

Standing with @CynthiaNixon & @JumaaneWilliams & @ZephyrTeachout!
Proudly voted for @CynthiaNixon!

She has the integrity and the vision and policies and the plans that match my values.

I’m sooooo proud of her campaign.

The most woke/righteous campaign for Governor in New York’s history.
It was one of the highlights of my political life to just cast a vote for my friend and brother @JumaaneWilliams!

I trust this man. I love his plans and vision for all of New York.

VOTE TODAY to make him our next Lt. Governor!!
