Invitation to established &well-informed Irish feminists to reach back, not jonly to raise up those excluded, but also to bring in those who need to learn. Share ur spaces, ur knowledge. Some of us need to unlearn, some have no access to learning, others don't know where to begin

'Do the work' is only helpful when there are signposted paths to knowledge. Off social media, there is very little written about Irish feminism, particularly the modern movement. Meetings don't help rural learners.

'Get out and meet people' doesn't help those with restricted mobility or those who live in villages & towns without like-minded types or transport out of there.

Not expecting anyone to exhaust themselves teaching others, but a little nudging towards good learning could help bring more in.

Gonna post some resources here. If you have knowledge of good, intersectional, Irish-focused or otherwise relevant resources, please add. If you see something posted that's problematic, please inform & suggest better.

Ireland has a problem with racism. Irish feminists need to concern ourselves with this, challenge existing societal structures and our own internalised racisms. Linking to representative groups for migrants, Travellers, people of colour. I'm outside my lane here, appreciate help.
