Conversation before that went like, I am eligible and he will send the person, Once I said I don't have Aadhaar he said, my application can't be completed without Aadhaar . and he said he won't be able to send mail with confirming the same he said in the call.
Your application says : you need Aadhaar for faster processing not mandatory field on web form @rbi
This is the call I received from your officers , who , checked with his “superiors “ and insisted Aadhaar is mandatory , before saying he can’t process my application , despite the same person saying I am eligible until @uidai came into conversation . @yogtoday you are not alone
