A thread about the antisemitic hate campaign spilling onto the streets.
We’ve started to see intimidation and violence relating to #LabourAntisemitism and it’s only going to get worse >>
Looking at a small dossier of Labour antisemitism cases, the ex-head of hate crime for the met police said nearly half should be prosecuted. > google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.lbc.…
What about the thousands who’ve already been reported to Labour? 1200 alone by @labouragainstas. Labour has become a party that harbours and protects hate crime against Jews >
Since Labour started their campaign against the Jewish community, antisemitic hate crime has gone up. The Labour leadership and their supporters are responsible for children being attacked, graffiti being daubed on homes and synagogues etc > google.co.uk/amp/s/www.inde…
The Jewish community never stood a chance against the massive machine of the Labour Party, with its huge funds, slick propaganda and large membership. >
Labour have chosen to expend a vast amount of political capital on their obsession with sidelining Jews and defending the right to be racist. Instead they should be dealing with political issues and doing what’s best for the country. >
They are the mirror image of the far right, claiming it’s about freedom of speech. But freedom of speech comes with the responsibility to not incite racial hatred. > google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.theg…
We can also see a direct correlation between Corbyn’s actions and anti-Jewish activities on the street. Here’s Corbyn demanding input into the IHRA definition of antisemitism. He wants the freedom to make racist statements. >
But Corbyn’s suggestions were not included. Instead that same racist statement was painted over billboards in central London - today’s acceptable version of yellow stars being daubed. Corbyn is directly responsible for this public vilifying of Jews. >
British people who are Jewish are now abused on the street. People are blamed for causing instability in the world because they are Jewish. Labour are fighting for the right to do this and their message is spreading. >
The discourse and actions from the Labour Party and supporters has been encouraged. Victims are demonised and disbelieved, people speaking up are punished and perpetrators protected. As a result antisemites are getting braver. > chroniclelive.co.uk/news/north-eas…
What happens on social media filters down. Jews are seeing comments by Corbyn supporters about war and revenge directed toward Jews. Antisemitism and even Holocaust revision by members and officials typically goes unpunished. >
Being racist never felt so right. Often virulent antisemites use the term ‘social justice’ in their profile. In their minds sticking it to the “zionists” means creating a better place, both for the country and the whole world. >
This isn’t an antisemitism crisis. This is a powerful political party bullying a minority. Scapegoating is a populist tactic which appeals to people’s worst instincts. Sadly Labour can no longer be trusted to look after British citizens who happen to be Jewish.

Want to know why Jews like me, @TracyAnnO@GnasherJew@NudderingNudnik and co won’t give up and are so passionate? We are the last generation with a direct connection to the Holocaust. I sat next to man in Synagogue with numbers on his arm. My relative had the same. >
I grew up with stories that hurt the soul. I knew someone who was shot by Nazis with her family and left for dead in a pit of bodies. She was still alive but pretended to be dead, hiding under the dead bodies of her mother and father until nightfall when she escaped >
She was such a damaged soul. My own grandmother was haunted by ghosts of her family every night. The guilt of surviving damaged her soul too. These stories aren’t unusual for Jewish families. >
Here’s a thread about a Kurdish friend who visited recently. It should act as a warning for us all...
He saw the picture of Corbyn’s Rabiah - the hand symbol of the jihadist group the Muslim Brotherhood >> google.co.uk/amp/s/www.tele…
He recognised it instantly of course. It strikes terror into any minority or moderate Muslim from the region. He kept on looking at me and saying ‘but he’s left wing. This is disgusting.’ He was blown away. >>
Corbyn’s links, support and friendship with jihadists were exposed by the national press during the week and he was wide eyed. He was asking how such a man could be allowed to lead a mainstream political party in Britain >>
A thread about the lessons in history of Labour defining antisemitism for Jews:
In 1894 a French army officer was wrongly imprisoned. Being Jewish, the accusation of him having dual loyalties was an easy sell. The newspaper expose was famously headlined “J’accuse!” >>
The victim was called Dreyfus and he was a proud Frenchman. A soldier dedicated to serving his country. But all his countrymen saw was a Jew. And Jews weren’t to be trusted >> en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dreyfus_a…
Labour’s new definition of antisemitism means that accusations of Jews having dual loyalties is considered acceptable once again. It means a return to this classic form of antisemitism >>
A short thread about the reality of #RacistLabour
So today some of us gathered to protest against a party with antisemitism issues defining antisemitism in a way that helps racists
You’ll never guess what happened next... >>
We go to the nearest pub and there’s shouting. Someone is angry and wants a fight. He saw a Star of David and is angry because he says Jews are to blame for political instability in the world. >
Here’s the thing - he was why we turned out today. We were demonstrating against people like him
Forget the IHRA, good jew/bad Jew and any confusing stuff. This is about people attacking British Jews for being responsible for things happening in other parts of the world. >
