Let's talk about programming triggers. 🚨SRA/ULTRA WARNING: I WILL BE LISTING ACTUAL TRIGGERS HERE!🚨#SayBraveThings #SurvivorsUnite #Discernment #TruthResonates #ByePhoenicia
* First, I want to make something clear. Seeing/ reading/hearing one or two of these does not automatically mean you're dealing with a bad actor. Use logic, and look at the bigger picture before judging.
* Triggers for mind control protocol can be words, phrases, visual stimuli, sounds, music, touch...they are all employed. Everyone is programmed uniquely, but there are a lot of common triggers out there.
* This account suddenly followed me earlier today, and is an excellent example of deliberate attempts at triggering. Most notably, the profile photo was the primary red flag.
* Some folks simply like dressing up as animals, and that's perfectly ok. However, animal themes are a HUGE part of mind control programming. Add in the rainbow colors, unicorns, and other symbolism in this profile, now we have a definite pattern.
* Scrolling through the account's page proved to reveal a large number of them, all related to my own programming. This was, of course, deliberate. So it was an instablock for that particular puppy-person. #ByePhoenicia
* There are at least thousands of triggers out there, so it is impossible to list them all. What I'll do here is list a number of the visual ones I personally know to be common. Fellow survivors, feel free to add any I might miss.
* In no particular order, and off the top of my head, some visual triggers are:
* Animal costumes/masks/ears; (bunny/puppy/cat/panda/lamb, to name a few common ones.)
Unicorns
Rainbows
Purple hearts
Clover
Pyramids
Playing cards
Dominoes
* Rainbow colors
Pizza related things
Disney characters
A solitary shoe
Stars
Lightning bolts
Theatre masks
Monkeys
Wizard of Oz characters/items
Bluebirds
Crosses
Ballet slippers
* Butterflies
Ladybugs
Raggedy Ann/Andy
Clowns
Fruit
Cornucopia
A solitary eye, or overpowering eye imagery with no face
Dice
Crayons
Tree of Life
Crescent moon
Sun
Saturn
Jewels
Skulls (particularly the Jolly Roger)
Pirate ships
Submarines
Top hats
* Ice cream cones
Candy canes
Pinwheel
Arrows
Fireworks
Crowns
Classic smiley faces
Snoopy characters
Tom and Jerry
Bows
Witch hats
Vampires
Werewolves
Ambulances
Eyeglasses
Rocking horse
Dolls
* That is already a whole LOT, and trust me, it is far from a comprehensive list. Note that most phones contain emojis of most of these. That is not accidental. They are common for a reason.
* Many of the triggers I've listed here are also verbal/written word triggers. They all can activate various programming protocols.
* They can also be perfectly innocuous. So it is very important to use discernment before automatically assuming that someone is deliberately attempting to trigger programming.
* It should be clear at this point why I came to the judgement that this particular person was a bad actor. Multiple, blatant and seemingly unrelated triggers are a PATTERN.
Conversely, if the entire profile had been in a theme; all dog-related, for example, it might not have alerted my system in the first place. I might have simply thought she really, really, really loves dogs. It was the PATTERN. Too obvious.
* But in order to trigger me at all at this point, they've got to hit me with multiple triggers at once. Their desperation makes them heavy-handed, and therefore pitifully easy to spot.
* Above all, use your best judgement ALWAYS. Trust yourself and your gut. If something gives you a bad feeling, listen to what your body is trying to tell you. You can't go wrong that way.

A little *THREAD* about #Discernment :

1. It is a FACT that bad actors are out there, posing as "friendlies"; to control/shift the narrative, distract/disrupt... and also to lure survivors/victims back to their handlers. How can we tell?
2. We can't tell for certain, unless they openly admit it. So discernment is key. We all have to decide for ourselves what is true for us individually, and what is not. What I look for, personally, are patterns of BEHAVIOR. And this is with all interactions.
3. Does the person claim to stand for one set of principles, yet consistently exhibit behavior that sharply contrasts with what I know to be true of those principles? If I see it once, I can dismiss it. More than that, it's a pattern.
