I failed to persuade anyone to send me pistachio pudding. So…

I recommend cutting the sugar & cornstarch a bit. I'd used 3/4 of the sugar in the recipe, but I still find the pudding a smidge too sweet. Not bad, though! And it drives home how commercial "pistachio" products totally ≠ pistachio.
