The Florida man, Lane Pittman, was also arrested on Independence Day in 2015 for playing the national anthem on his guitar in Neptune Beach #FlorenceHurricane2018

And of course we can't forget his music video last year during Hurricane Irma

When asked why he traveled to Myrtle Beach to headbang, Pittman jokingly says: "Just being free and American, man. I don't let nothing oppress me. Especially no doggone freakin' hurricanes."
