If @ColumbiaGasMA has good insurance for its other losses, it might profit handily from its disaster, ~$90M from MA ratepayers in new pipeline construction. Don't let them pull a fast one. #DisasterCapitalism

PATCHING leaks comes from operating/maintenance funds - shareholders. A few k$ per leak.
