2) Ms.Keyser wanted to reach out to the committee to cover herself from this FBI investigation and to let them know she will cooperate fully

She believes and supports her friend.Yet, has no solid evidence in support of this. In fact has the opposite

5) Nonetheless, she cant be of any assistance, because as stated above she has No recollection of this event, person or crime.
