..."false memory" could be offered as sufficient evidence to basically ruin an entire career devoted to public service? I don't believe we can establish a precedent of factually vacant, but emotionally compelling accusations being sufficient weight to ruin someone's life...

As to @Judge_Kavanaugh testimony - I think the standard of behavior is what a "reasonable person" might do in that situation. I believe it is reasonable to react angrily and passionately to a slander perpetrated by one's own government, if that's what this is. After all...

@SenFeinstein 's office...either by herself, or in cooperation with her uncontrolled staff. I think that some of the Senators are getting too old to be very effective in these types of proceedings, and find myself wondering why voters continue to send them back term after term...

If @Judge_Kavanaugh is guilty, he is one of the most convincing sociopaths ever captured on video. If so, he is a danger to all and should be fully prosecuted for perjury and contempt...noting the inconsistency of this with his well-documented public service thus far...

If everything is kosher, then so be it. I doubt it is...it doesn't appear so.

Only in police-states is there a presumption of guilt and the perpetration of injustices of this type by the government on its own people. This is the very reason for "innocent, until proven guilty".

Reasonable people would do well to consider the standards we have just unleashed and bear this in mind this November. I believe this context is the lens through which to view the comments of @LindseyGrahamSC during the proceedings...a genuine concern for the actions of the Govt.

...and the possible ruination of a good man 's character and life's work over 30+ years for the execution of some political strategy.
