18..The attacker's allegation is many times enough to derail the campaign of a conservative politician or judge...in this instance, Mr X likely refers to the therapist who used some type of psychosis or repressed memory suggestion technique on Ms Ford...they knew she was abused..

19...and would make a perfect "victim" to derail Justice K...the fbi has no way to subpoena the therapy notes and the Dims knew this when demanding FBI be involved...there's no grand jury so FBI had no way to obtain hard evidence from notes that would have clearly absolved K.
