Fun fact: Marc Elias of Perkin's Coie, the law firm of choice of the DNC & the Hillary Clinton campaign, is pictured in my meme right next to James Baker, the former FBI General Counsel who just testified to Congress yesterday.

Here's what happened: Hillary Clinton wanted to pull a dirty trick on the Trump campaign. She wanted to PAY people to invent Trump/Russia collusion, but she needed to do it in a way that it couldn't be tied to her.
So Hillary and the DNC ran the $$$ to pay for the creation of this fake Trump/Russia info through the law firm of Perkins Coie, who in turn hired Fusion GPS to create "The Steele Dossier".
Once the political operatives at Fusion GPS had created the Steele Dossier, now they had to find a way to get it to the FBI so it could be passed off as having come from an INTELLIGENCE network, NOT the work of paid political operatives.
Once again, Perkin's Coie stepped into the gap, functioning as the middle man between Fusion GPS and the FBI.
