Not technically a #FOIA, but a 291 page #deposition obtained by @JudicialWatch of Huma Abdelin re: #ClintonEmails judicialwatch.org/document-archi…
1) I believe this is the first time Huma's email on the ClintonMail server has been officially given. Nothing fancy.
2) Huma's answer to why ClintonEmail, com was set up: because Hillary's 2008 pres-campaign email was playing up.
3) Huma also had a State, gov email, which she used for "the vast majority of my work", even while travelling
4) ... but used clintonemail, com email for everything else, including personal. And occasionally also DeptState work
5) The BlackBerry Clinton had wasn't a DeptState one. It was a personal one she came into DeptState with.
6) And it synced to HDR22@ClintonEmail.com.
7) Hillary's iPad also synced to the same account
8) Isn't BlackBerry (then RIM) a Canadian company? Was a 2008-POTUS front-runner really storing her email overseas?
9) Huma accessed the ClintonEmails.com server via a desktop PC as well.
10) A really interesting Q but sadly out of scope so no answer: are PresidentClinton & ClintonEmails on same server?
11) Hmm. Seems to indicate Huma's emails to ClintonEmail tech support would often be hidden from State's FOIA search
12) Clinton's Blackberry: one email account, one device that she [Clinton] provided personally.
13) Huma: the "don't send anything sensitive" email was explicitly about the attempted hack
14) This is interesting and new: Huma's ClintonEmails.com emails were accessed via StateDept desktop machines.
15) This is a security dependency: hackers who hack StateDept could access the ClintonEmails. So bye bye "more secure than State" nonsense.
16) Huma's ClintonEmails, com emails were regularly accessed on StateDept desktop machines via a web-browser.
17) Using Safari...
18) This is an important admission by Huma: she and Hillary did occasionally discuss StateDept work on ClintonEmail
19)
Q: What did you do to preserve StateDept emails w/ Hillary you had via ClintonEmail?
A: I did not preserve them
20) Some excellent deposition battles in here between attorneys btw. You guys are missing out not following along
21) A good spot by @JudicialWatch's legal team. This email is Hillary's new email Cc-ing her old one. Odd transition
22) The SSHRC@state,gov email address was maybe set up for all-staff broadcast emails, such as "Happy New Year" msg

OK. Time to go through the @JusticeOIG report. 568 pages. Let's see what we find.
This is the story of Mid-Year Exam (MYE), the FBI's counterintelligence investigation into Secretary Clinton's use of a personal email server while Secretary of State, and FBI's actions in investigating it.

The first ~38 pages or so are background. Action starts on Chapter 3.
First, the timeline of events taking us up to MYE's start:

March 3, 2015: NYT reveals existence of Clinton's personal email

This #FOIA also had a ton of journos' requests and citizens' replies in it. Will tweet the best ones :)
Good tongue twister: "Who tweeted trump with the tweets"?.
My fave one. Also cc'd to "various state legislators".

OK - will tweetstorm the latest Clinton email release by @FBI. About 250 pages in 3 sections - docs here: vault.fbi.gov/hillary-r.-cli…
XXX was read into a Special Access Program. Sent email at TS//SAP over email (while in CA) because it was time sensitive. Marked it (SBU).
2. Second probably TS//SAP email used the subject line "Alert" -- but story was "about to break in the news".

#Chilcot memo from Blair to Bush. August 30, 2002; 9mo before invasion of Iraq iraqinquiry.org.uk/media/210831/2…
1. Bush and I have been "outed" as having decided for war, but no decision has yet been taken.
2. Containment for Iraq isn't working. They are seeking WMD. Iraq is repugnant, and Saddam's heir is worse

#Chilcot Undated note from Blair to Bush, shortly prior to war in Iraq in 2003 iraqinquiry.org.uk/media/244051/2…
1. The public are not opposed to war in all circumstances. They fear we are hell bent on war, but that is absurd.
2. Blair believed France et al's calls for weapons inspectors to have more time was "vicarious" anti-war opposition.
