Thread 1) #Nazis / #fascists have a victim-complex ideology, meaning they need someone to blame or it doesn't work.
2) Standard right-wing ideology demands victimhood so much that they'll invert reality to get it.
3) This is why you'll see *any criticism whatsoever* of fascist ideas can be answered with "this is why I voted Trump".
4) Any response or reaction to right-wing stupidity is "why I'm a conservative". They're not being deliberately obtuse. They believe it!
5) It's not just confusing cause and effect; it's politically illiterate.
6) It's like thinking that women are oppressed *because* of feminism.
(Maybe they think that too, I wouldn't know.)
7) But for all their faults, #AntiFa are fighting #Nazis. They are opposing #fascism.
8) And to claim that opposition to your position is what caused you to have that position is incoherent.
9) And to claim that #AntiFa are fighting "freedom of speech" is stupid beyond words. They're fighting fascism.
10) I have no interest in defending AntiFa or any violence, by the way. I'm criticizing some opinions I've seen.
11) Of course AntiFa shouldn't be violent, for any reason, but it's what the Nazis want.
12) The Nazi demonstrations are specifically engineered to provoke as much hostility as possible.
13) These guys are so weak and so pathetic that the only way they can get an erection is to slap them.
14) And the thrill they get from being assaulted isn't *that* far away from a masochistic sexual thrill.
15) This seems so obvious that I'm amazed anyone can claim they "just want to march peacefully". Have you eyes?
16) The idea that Nazis or fascists are pro-freedom of speech is, again, historically illiterate.
17) In fact, I'd say the *only* reason they have these rallies is to attract violence.
18) And if that's true, shutting them down is not a victory. Logically, it's a problem.
19) If they get so comfortable in their victimhood that they feel they can cancel marches, it's a problem.
20) AntiFa will think this is a victory, but it isn't: breitbart.com/big-government…
21) Mount an opposition, sure, but don't physically attack them. Do not give them erections.
22) The quieter the opposition to Nazi marches, the more powerful they are.
23) Confront them with how weak they are and how dependent they are on their own victimhood.
24) But do everything you can to avoid feeding their victim complex.
25) Here are some constructive tips on dealing with fascists: medium.com/@solo1y/fascis…
