Why matters? No one can call anyone! Not to hospital, police, first responders, and even some radio stations are out of air. Puerto Rico
AND, Puerto Rico has MORE people outside (5 MILLION) than in the island (2.5). That means millions trying to reach their families, like me.

I just got a text from my father. He's ok. His apt-2nd floor in San Juan- got flooded. Water came through 2 windows! Can't call. Puerto Rico
