2. PUERTO RICO ISN'T AS SMALL AS MOST THINK we have 87 different municipalities, so be specific about from where you are RT information
3. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW SPANISH, GET A BORICUA TO TRANSLATE there's nuances in our vernacular that might be relevant in an emergency
