1. Call congress (202) 224-3121 & tell them to release disaster aid now & freeze & eventually forgive Puerto Rico's debt. #PuertoRicoStrong
Puerto Rico's has so much debt because as a territory they don't have state's rights or the sovereignty a country has. WE PUT THEM IN DEBT.
2. Tell congress to rescind The Jones Act. This Act stops PR from getting shipments directly from countries. This means prices are higher.
It can add up to thousands to the price of a car. Again they can't import directly from other countries w/o those goods going to the US 1st.

3. DONATE TO mariafund.org. I've been told by the ppl who know that this is better than high profile groups. #PuertoRicoStrong
