1. Stop ignoring inner city kids. When we begin looking at talent rather than rich kids from academies, we grow. #USMNT

2. Start developing actual coaches. Learn tactics. Basic foundation is not there. #USMNT

3. Develop kids properly. With good coaches, come good kids. Teach them the a culture. Don't just rely on robotic fundamentals.

4. Change the professional level. Promotion/Relegation MUST be considered to develop at ALL levels. #USMNT

5. Get rid of the corruption. WE all know it's there. #USMNT

6. Focus less on political statements and more on the product ON the pitch. Which isn't there. #USMNT

7. Let kids head the damn ball. #USMNT

8. Don't blame Russia. #USMNT

9. Get more kids playing in Europe. So long as MLS structure stays like this, the national program will not grow. Sorry, Alexi. #USMNT

10. Change. Change the entire structure if we don't want this disaster to happen again. #USMNT

11. Finally, pay the women what they deserve. And give them a bonus; all the paychecks that are for this men's squad.
