A brief look at the new tactical roles that are set to be in #FM18:

Mezzala - Will almost be the CM(a) but with playmaking creative traits. Suited to a midfield three. Pogba/Iniesta good examples. #FM18

I'd expect the Mezzala to be available with support & attack duties. #FM18

Inverted Winger - Likely a wide player that moves central into half-spaces when in possession. Can still act as a winger. Sadio Mane? #FM18

I'd expect the Inverted Winger to be available with support & attack duties. #FM18

Carrilero - For mobile players. Role involves shuttling between central midfield to defend & the flanks to attack. A mix of the CM/WM. #FM18

I'd expect the Carrilero to be available with all duties. #FM18

Segundo Volante - Usually one of a double pivot. A runner & dribbler from deep. A more defensive B2B. Will need covering sometimes. #FM18

I'd expect the Segundo Volante to be available with a support duty only. Possibly attack also. #FM18
