4) the new strategy was the Clinton's having a dummy 'charity foundation' through which they could cleverly launder the bribe $ they got.

5) As long as members of your enabling network of fellow corrupticrats are running the DOJ & the Executive Branch, your untouchable.

6) Just as with Harvey Weinstein in Hollywood, 'everybody knows' what's really going on; nothing can be done about it. Network protects you.

7) AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN THE NETWORK BREAKS DOWN.

It can't cover for your crimes any more. People can talk freely, come forward now.
