WHO PAID FOR #TrumpDossier HAS BEEN KNOWN SINCE EARLY 2017:

Opposition research within AND between political parties is standard.

The #TrumpDossier containing information about Trump and his team's ties to Russia produced by Christopher Steele is OPPOSITION RESEARCH.

Opposition research is DIFFERENT from working with GOVERNMENTS OF FOREIGN ADVERSARIES directly, which is what Trump's campaign did.

Who "paid for" #TrumpDossier is NOT the relevant issue.

Whether the contents have been VERIFIED (as much of it has) is what's important.
